I am Anthony Lopez-Vito, operating under my company, Another Cup of Coffee. I am a technology consultant with 25 years experience in the technology sector, now specialising in data migration for CMS and online store platforms. Nearly everyone is Agile these days but sometimes Agile is still too clunky. Many of my clients are non-technical business owners who don't have the time to get up to speed with the terminology. I therefore use Scrum and Kanban processes as a framework, cherry-picking the important parts and simplifying the language.
